Even if you aren't currently training for a specific event, this app will help change up your routine and get you out of that boring rut. You also get the ability to email the chosen workout to anyone you please, perfect for those who need to keep a coach aware of their training. Q: Do your apps use my phone's data plan?

      A: It does not.

      A: We did, from the ground up. 

Q: How good are your workouts?

      A: They rock! The workouts were gathered from our experiences training for triathlons. Between us, we have completed four Ironman triathlons, three Half-Ironmans, countless Olympic and Sprint distance tris and several marathons and half marathons.
